Cancellation policy

Please contact us within 24 hours to cancel an order.  Orders that have been shipped will not be eligible for cancellation, the customer may then choose to return the item. The customer will be refunded for the order providing the item is unopened/undamaged and minus any shipping fees.  Ground coffee is not eligible for refunding.

US Customs holds and delays (though rare) should be expected by the customer and will not be accepted as grounds for cancellation.
