SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FAQ

Roast Days and Order Deadlines

We are currently roasting Wednesdays, with orders being shipped out on Thursdays and Fridays, respectively. The order deadline for Wednesday roasts is Tuesday at 11:59 PM (GMT-6). Any orders received after the cut-off times will be roasted and fulfilled on the next roast day. We recommend you rest our coffee for 2-3 weeks.

*If you are a wholesale client and require roasting and fulfillment on another date, please e-mail us at admin@sorellina.ca or send us a WhatsApp with the chat button. We will do our best to accommodate :)

The minimum order amount for free local delivery is $20. Order's of less than $20 will have $5 delivery fee.

We deliver within Edmonton's city limits, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park every Thursday and Friday. *Holidays may effect delivery days.

  • If you live in an apartment building, condo, or other place with a special entrance, please leave us delivery instructions in the notes section of your order.

All failed delivery attempts will be returned to our roastery and sent out the next day. After two failed delivery attempts we will return the order to the roastery and contact you.  If you would like your order to be reshipped, there will be an additional $5 CAD redelivery fee.

Orders ship Thursday and Friday

We use Canada Post, ICS, UPS, Purolator, and Fedex for shipping within Canada.

Typical transit times are as following:

  • AB: 1 to 4 Business Days
  • BC & SK: 2 to 5 Business Days
  • MB & ON: 5 to 10 Business Days
  • QC: 5 to 10 Business Days
  • Maritimes: 6 to 14 Business Days
  • Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut: 5 to 12 Business Days

Due to recent increases in courier costs we are unable to offer Free Shipping.

 

Coffee orders to the US are shipped via FedEx Connect ONLY. 

We currently cannot ship to PO boxes in the US, so please provide an alternative shipping address.

Tariffs & Duties

  • All payments of duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the receiver. Any duties charged to Sorellina from the carrier will be invoiced to the customer. Packages will not ship unless the invoice is paid.

  • Duties charged do not render an order eligible for refund or compensation.  

US Customs

  • US Customers should be aware that the recent tariff policies imposed by their government, and the end of de minimis exemptions have resulted in unpredictability at the border. While most shipments pass quickly through customs without tariffs, you should expect potential delays. Any charges levied by the US government are the responsibility of the receiver.
  • The FDA may opt to inspect our packages. In these cases, there is nothing we can do to expedite the process and we must wait for them to inspect and approve the package.

Coffee orders to the Central and South America are shipped via DHL or FedEx.

Please allow for anywhere from 7-15 days for transit and government inspections.

We are currently shipping via Canada Post who will pass it on to your national courier. We also offer DHL, and FedEx to the EU

Orders shipping to Europe will range in transit times from 4-20 days depending on the carrier.

We are currently shipping via UPS and FedEx who will pass it on to your national courier.

Coffee orders to Australia and other Oceanic countries are shipped via DHL or FedEx.

Please allow for anywhere from 7-21 days for transit and government inspections.
