When our pal Henrique sent us a sample of this tasty little Catucai, we were blown away. Utilizing yeast innoculation and anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours, Henrique took a little workhorse varietal and turned it into a little juice bomb. We taste dried strawberry, plum, and dark chocolate.
