We are delighted to feature this wonderfully nutty coffee from Burundi! Our partners at Apex connected us with the washing station owner, Pierre Claver Gahungu, a couple of years ago, and we are thrilled to have another one of his coffees on our menu.
We believe this coffee is an excellent example of classic Ngozi terroir and Red Bourbon varietal flavors. We taste notes of chocolate-covered almonds, blackberry, and walnuts.
