Il GIARDINO - NATURAL - Ethiopia

This delightful Ethiopian coffee comes from the smallholder producers within the Shantawene Kebele community, which is situated between the villages of Bombe and the beautiful Bombe mountain. The name "Il Giardino," meaning "The Garden," pays tribute to these producers, many of whom cultivate coffee in small gardens around their homes.

We believe this coffee perfectly exemplifies a classic, naturally processed coffee from the Sidama region. It offers a creamy texture and boasts vibrant notes of bramble, apricot jam, and juicy acai, resulting in a truly beautiful, complex sip.
