Hacienda La Papaya is back with a beauty of an anaerobic washed coffee.  

Something we love about Hacienda La Papaya coffee’s is the perfect balance of terroir and process focused flavours and aroma’s. This Typica Mejorado varietal goes through 100 hours of fermentation in polyethylene tanks. Post-fermentation drying takes place in temperature controlled rooms for 30 days. We taste juicy papaya, coconut cream, and mandarin orange.
