We don’t often get our hands on anaerobic processed Rwandan coffee’s, this one is exceptional! Cherries are fermented for 72hrs in sealed bags under shade. Following fermentation the cherries are sun dried for 5 days before being slow dried with solar driers for 55 days. We Taste cotton candy, winey, manuka honey.
