These very special coffee were sourced for us by our pal Ben Putt at Monogram Coffee in Calgary, Canada on his visit to Finca Nuguo in the Spring of 2024.

Finca Nuguo Lot #531 N-NF 'Casa'

This lot was harvested March,15,2024 from the ‘Casa’ block at Finca Nuguo.  The cherry begins fermentation in open baskets at the farm and is transported to Cuidad de David for drying in temperature and humidty controlled rooms three days later. A total drying time on cherry of 50 days occurs before milling.



Finca Nuguo Lot #544 N-NF 'Colubre'

This lot was harvested March,22,2024 from the ‘Colubre’ block at Finca Nuguo.  This coffee is fermented for 24 hours in grain-to bags at the farm, before being transported to Cuidad de David for drying in temperature and humidty controlled rooms three days later. A total drying time on cherry of 39 days occurs before milling.
