TRANQUILO, TRANQUILO - WASHED DECAF - COLOMBIA

Dear beloved Decaf sippers, you are in for a treat! This may be the coffee we are most proud to have on the menu this year. We purchased this coffee from Francy Castillo and her Berruecos Mujeres project. Full stop, Francy is a badass. Not only does she own and operate her renowned farm El Uberrimo, but she also operates a busy Bodega in Arboleda. Francy purchases coffee from folks all over her municipality, many of whom are women; this coffee specifically is a blend of female-produced coffees. Lynsey was extremely honored to have the opportunity to meet Francy, her family, and her team at the Bodega last summer on a trip to Nariño with our pals from Apex Imports. Tranquilo, Tranquilo is dedicated to Francy. We taste nutella, red apple, and brown sugar.
