We are thrilled to announce that the third coffee in our 2026 Holiday series is a fan favorite: the P-06 Geisha from Wilton Benitez of Granja Paraiso 92. This collaboration marks our third year offering the highly expressive Geisha, known for its floral, tropical, and super sweet notes (originally named "Barbie Girl"). Our partnership with Wilton began in 2022 when we released our first GP92 coffee processed using his unique Thermal-Shock method, which has since influenced the global specialty coffee industry, from home brewers to the World Barista Championship (WBC) stage. We taste violets, dried papaya, rhubarb pie filling, and lemon oil.
